Dr. Melinda Cheung
Dr Melinda Cheung loves Melbourne and the people in it. She graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Adelaide in 2005 and spent the last 11 years working in private practice in the CBD and eastern suburbs. Dr Melinda Cheung is a member of the Australian Dental Association and Australian Society of Endodontics. She stays up to date with the latest in the dental world through participating in various dental education courses in Australia and abroad. When Melinda is not in her dental surgery, she can be seen running various paths and trails of Melbourne in different fun runs, spending time with family and friends and enjoying the life (coffee) that Melbourne has to offer.
Melinda aims to bring an awareness of dental health to her patients and to change the perception that “dentists are scary”..

Dr. Rita Barkus
Dr Rita has been practising dentistry for over 30 years. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience. Rita believes dental care is more than just your teeth. She is keen on preventative dentistry and educating her patients on how to maintain optimal oral health. Rita is an avid learner and attends various courses throughout the year. She hopes to do some volunteer dental work in the future.
Rita is married and has two sons. Her goals in life include learning how to solve the Rubik’s cube and to sing in a choir. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, skiing, travelling and yoga.

Cathy is SMILE & Co.’ s new addition to the team. With her gentle and caring nature, Cathy strives to provide patients with exceptional preventative dental care so that they can achieve optimal oral health. She is eager to share her knowledge so that patients can have the information and tools to maintain a healthy smile.
In her free time Cathy enjoys building legos and exploring the ins and outs of the city of Melbourne.
